What is the cost?

Class A Course -$8,500

Class B and Class B Passenger Course - $6,500

Permit Course- $1,200.00

Range and Road Remediation- $400/hr

CDL Instructor Course- $20,000

Masters Course- $15,750

What forms of payment do you take?

We currently accept personal, bank checks and credit/debit cards.

What if I don't pass my CDL Exam?

We do our absolute best to support each of our students learning needs. In the rare occasion that a student needs additional instruction a request can be submitted for additional training.

Do you have a payment plan?

We do offer monthly payment options. However students must be paid in full when their class begins.

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer select discounts. We offer Police, Fire, and Veterans 5% off. We also offer group rates.

Do you have office hours?

Our office hours are Thursdays 10am- 2pm.

How do I get my CDL Permit?

Go to https://www.mass.gov/commercial-drivers-licenses-cdl you will find all the pertinent information there. We also have a permit prep class. The class prepares you for your permit test and we schedule your appointments for you.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund when a student withdraws within one month of their class start date. Once the class had begun no refund will be issued. We will do our best to place the student in an upcoming class based on availability.

What is your policy for illness?

First and foremost please stay home if you are sick. If you have a fever please wait 24 hours after the fever has passed before you return to class. We request that you leave a message for us before class begins. We will provide you with study materials for the days you miss. If additional driving time is needed it will be addressed on a case by case basis.

How to I get my drivers history?

How do I schedule my CDL exam with the registry?

As part of your course we will schedule your CDL exam for you. Exams take place the last week of the course. 

Is my CDL valid out of state?

Yes.

What are the class sizes?

We keep our class size small to optimize one-on-one instruction. Our max class size is 6 students.

What kind of trucks do you have?

Do to the industry demand for drivers that are licenced to operate both Manual and Automatic transmissions, we have both available. We also have a Class B truck and a Class B passenger vehicle.

What classes do you offer?

We offer full day, evening, and weekend courses for Class A, Class B and Class B Passenger. We offer evening and weekend permit prep courses. Range and Road remediation, Instructor training and Masters courses are available upon request.

Do I have to live in Massachusetts to attend Safe Haul?

No. You may attend our courses and obtain your MA CDL if you live out of state.
